Developing your strategy
Our Kickstart Service is aimed at small charities who are just finding their feet in the world of fundraising. Perhaps you have recently launched, or your start-up fundraising is coming to an end. You may even have been around for a long time, but you have reached a stage where you need to diversify your income sources. We will work with you to develop a variety of successful fundraising streams.
Getting Started
We are experienced in building a fundraising strategy from the ground up. We will develop a variety of income streams, which are easy for you to manage long term, and provide a high return on investment.
Initial Agreement
The first thing we will do is develop terms of reference, which outlines your expectations, the information we require to get started, project objectives, fees, working schedule etc. Both parties will review and sign the document.
Planning
We will begin the fundraising process by getting to know your charity and it’s specific strengths and weaknesses. We will examine the wider market place, and develop an initial strategy that will provide short term wins alongside long term growth.
Delivering Fundraising Activities
After our initial plans have been approved, we will launch a multi-channel income generation programme. How much we will be able to do each month will depend on your budget, and therefore how much time we can allocate to working with you. But even if your budget is small, we will be able to get you started on your fundraising journey.
